About Us

Shamrock Consulting is a consulting firm based on Mercer Island, WA focusing on business process improvement and change adoption.  We help our clients to improve their operations and adopt new technologies in a self-sufficient way.

Our collaborative techniques, services and products assist our clients to optimize workflows, prepare for technology initiatives, and develop change and communication plans.  We pride ourselves in aligning our projects with our clients’ corporate strategy and desired outcomes.

Shamrock Consulting was founded in 1994, by K.C. O’Mara who realized that companies needed support to document their business processes and develop techniques to encourage employees to adopt new ways of doing business.  We help our clients identify which improvement methodologies best compliment their corporate culture.  The best programs are those that our clients can understand and adopt on their own.
