  • CHC Employee Portal Project – Developed and implemented a role-based Trefoile solution communicating processes, procedures, and compliance tracking for the largest Community Health Center in greater King County.
  • Health Insurance Provider Capability Improvements – Facilitated an initiative for a large Northwest group health plan insurance provider Sales organization to improve service levels, manage escalating costs, and retain market leadership by articulating a vision and a three-year plan to build capabilities to achieve the model.  Engaged all Sales leaders to align and implement the model.
  • Public Sector Health and Wellness – Facilitated a “Step Up to Health” summit as part of a national campaign through the National Parks Association guiding 100 city residents and business owners to develop strategies to improve health, wellness, livability and physical exercise of their residents.
